The ideal candidate will be passionate about cutting-edge technologies for prototype systems.  You will engage in the full software process—from concept to design and demonstration—leading dynamic project teams and integrating innovative ideas from various fields. Required Qualifications  Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering or related field   At least 5 years of industry experience in advanced software development in a team environment   Programming experience in C++ programming language Experience developing plugins with modern Gazebo simulation software  Experience using one or more development tools Experience writing algorithmic code, including complexity analysis, performance optimization, and multithreading    US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED; Successful candidates will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information  Desired Qualifications Advanced degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, applied math, or related field   Experience with Gazebo 11 and/or Gazebo Jetty Significant experience programming in C++ 17 or later C++ version Understanding of modeling vehicle motion (boats/submarines/aerial vehicles).
