About the Role As Senior Manager – Employer Branding & Communications , you will serve as a strategic advisor to GCC leaders, CHROs, and Talent Acquisition teams, helping organizations build distinctive employer brands that attract, engage, and retain top talent. This role goes beyond employer branding execution. You will define Employer Brand Strategies , build Employee Value Propositions (EVPs) , lead integrated branding and communications programs, manage client engagements, mentor teams, and contribute to the growth of Zinnov's Globalization Excellence practice through thought leadership and business development. What You'll Do Employer Brand Strategy & Advisory Partner with GCC leaders, CHROs, and Talent Acquisition teams to define employer brand strategy aligned with business and talent goals. Develop compelling Employee Value Propositions (EVPs) based on employee insights, talent research, and competitive benchmarking. Build employer brand frameworks, messaging architectures, and differentiated talent narratives. Advise senior stakeholders on employer positioning, talent strategy, and market perception. Talent Attraction & Recruitment Marketing Design and lead integrated recruitment marketing campaigns across digital, social media, events, partnerships, and talent communities. Develop scalable hiring campaign playbooks and employer branding frameworks. Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to improve candidate engagement, experience, and hiring outcomes. Drive recruitment marketing initiatives that strengthen employer visibility and talent attraction. Communications, Content & Thought Leadership Create compelling content showcasing culture, innovation, leadership, careers, and business impact. Lead thought leadership initiatives through reports, blogs, webinars, whitepapers, videos, and industry events. Build executive branding programs that enhance leadership visibility and credibility. Ensure consistent messaging across all employer branding and communication channels. Employee Advocacy & Internal Branding Design employee advocacy and storytelling programs that amplify authentic employee experiences. Drive internal branding initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and organizational culture. Partner with HR and business leaders to support change communication and engagement initiatives. Build programs that foster employee pride and employer brand ambassadors. Partnerships, Industry Presence & Brand Visibility Build relationships with universities, industry associations, media partners, and talent communities. Identify opportunities to enhance employer brand visibility through awards, conferences, and industry forums. Create strategic partnerships that strengthen employer brand recognition globally. Collaborate with ecosystem partners to expand talent branding initiatives. Measurement & Strategic Insights Establish employer branding dashboards and measurement frameworks. Track awareness, engagement, candidate quality, hiring outcomes, and employer sentiment. Use talent market insights and analytics to optimize employer branding strategies. Present data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders and clients. Leadership, Client Management & Practice Growth Own end-to-end delivery of employer branding consulting engagements. Lead strategic discussions with GCC leaders, CHROs, and executive stakeholders. Manage, mentor, and develop Managers, Consultants, Senior Associates, and Associates. Translate client objectives into structured workstreams, deliverables, timelines, and measurable outcomes. Support proposals, client presentations, solution development, and business growth initiatives. Contribute to thought leadership and strengthen the Employer Branding practice within Zinnov. What You Bring Qualifications & Experience MBA, PGDM, or equivalent Master's degree. 8–10+ years of experience in Employer Branding, Marketing, Communications, Consulting, or related fields. Proven success delivering employer branding, recruitment marketing, or strategic communication initiatives. Experience advising senior stakeholders and managing multiple client engagements. Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring teams. Key Skills Strategic consulting and business problem-solving.
