They will collaborate with various professionals, so they must have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment. ● They should also be able to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve specific goals. ● Ultimately, the Field Sales Representative should be able to build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer success. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES ● Set and execute team goals and metrics (KGI/KPI) ● Suggest and implement improvements in the inside sales administration process ● Coordinate department projects to meet deadlines ● Report on sales metrics and suggest improvements ● Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts ● Research and discover methods to increase customer engagement ● Ensure sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures are met ● Build an open-communication environment for your team ● Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently ● Monitor progress and submit performance reports ● Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements ● Control budgets and allocate resources among projects ● Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails ● Understand customer needs and requirements ● Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure ● Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas ● Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest ● Maintain and expand your database of prospects Requirements BASIC QUALIFICATIONS ● 5+ years of work experience as field sales representative, especially in B2B software sales or manufacturing solutions ● Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel ● In-depth understanding of the sales administration process ● Excellent interpersonal and team management skills ● Strong analytical, leadership and organizational skills ● Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude ● Analytical and creative thinking ● Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills ● Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day ● Excellent verbal and written communications skills ● Native Thai and professional English skill ● Able to drive to visit customer sites in upcountry areas PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS ● Track record of over-achieving quota ● Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively ● Experience in business development, consulting, or digital transformation project ● Japanese Language is plus but not required Benefits ● Annual paid leave: 12 days ● Sick Leave ● Personal Leave ● Maternity Leave ● Military Service Leave ● Sterilization Leave ● Training Leave ● 1-month fixed bonus ● Salary review: twice a year ● Allowances: Commuting, Car & Fuel, Telephone, etc. ● Annual health check-up ● Group health insurance ● Provident fund ● Internal training programs ● Company awards ● Stock Options ● Hybrid work environment ● Others: Win Party, team building, etc
