Role Overview We are looking for an Ecommerce & Performance Marketing Senior Executive to manage and optimize the performance funnel across paid media, marketplaces and organic discovery, while supporting our channel sales partners with marketing execution. You will run and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok, manage product listings and storefronts across ecommerce marketplaces, drive organic visibility through SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and support distributors and retail partners with the marketing tools they need to sell Actxa effectively. You will also help ensure that the Actxa Core Smart Ring and AI Glucose Scan are represented accurately and prominently wherever customers search, whether through a search engine, marketplace or AI answer engine. This is a hands-on, metrics-driven role suited to someone equally comfortable building a Meta Advantage+ campaign, optimizing a marketplace product catalogue, briefing a retail partner’s sales team, and investigating a drop in organic traffic following a Google algorithm update. Key Responsibilities Paid Media (Meta, Google, TikTok) Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) and TikTok, aligned with revenue and CAC/ROAS targets. Work within allocated budgets across channels and campaigns, reallocating spend toward the best-performing audiences, creatives and placements. Build and maintain audience segmentation, retargeting and lookalike strategies across platforms. Partner with the creative team to brief, test and refine ad creative and copy, running structured A/B tests across hooks, formats and offers. Monitor pixel and conversion tracking, attribution and campaign health, and troubleshoot tracking issues as platforms evolve, including iOS/privacy changes, Meta CAPI and GA4. Ecommerce & Marketplaces Manage and optimize product listings across marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada and Amazon, as well as Actxa’s own DTC storefront, including titles, images, pricing and promotions. Run and monitor on-platform marketplace ads and boosted listings to improve visibility and conversion. Maintain accurate and consistent product content, including specifications, claims and imagery, across all listings in line with regulatory and clinical claim requirements for AI Glucose Scan. Monitor marketplace health metrics, including conversion rate, ratings, stock levels and competitor pricing, and proactively flag issues. Coordinate with regional distributors and partners on marketplace storefront execution where applicable. SEO & GEO Manage on-site and off-site SEO, including keyword strategy, technical SEO health, on-page optimization and content recommendations to improve organic search traffic and rankings. Develop and execute a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) approach to help ensure Actxa’s products, claims and content are accurately surfaced and cited by AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity. Work with the content team to structure product and educational content, including schema markup, clear claims and FAQ formatting, for both traditional search and AI-driven discovery. Track organic and AI-referral visibility, keyword rankings and share of voice against competitors in the smart wearable and glucose-monitoring space. Channel Sales & Marketing Support Act as the marketing point of contact for distributors, resellers and retail channel partners, supporting their sales efforts with campaigns, assets and promotions. Develop co-marketing materials, including sell sheets, in-store/POS collateral, digital banners and campaign toolkits, tailored to each channel partner’s needs. Plan and execute joint promotional campaigns and trade activities with channel partners, aligned with regional launch and sales calendars. Train and brief channel partner sales teams on product positioning, claims and key selling points for the Actxa Core Smart Ring and AI Glucose Scan. Track channel partner performance and marketing ROI, and share insights to improve ongoing sell-through. Reporting & Optimization Build and maintain performance dashboards across paid, marketplace and organic channels, reporting weekly and monthly on spend, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate and organic growth. Translate performance data into clear, actionable recommendations for budget shifts, creative refreshes and listing improvements. Stay current on platform updates across Meta, Google, TikTok and marketplaces, including algorithm and policy changes, and adjust execution accordingly. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce or a related discipline. 3–5 years of hands-on experience running paid media across Meta and Google Ads; TikTok Ads experience is strongly preferred. Proven experience managing ecommerce product listings and advertising on marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, Amazon or similar platforms. Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, technical SEO and on-page optimization, with familiarity with or a strong interest in GEO and AI search optimization. Proficient in the use of generative AI tools to support campaign planning, content development, customer and market research, performance analysis, SEO/GEO, reporting and day-to-day marketing execution. Experience supporting channel sales or distributor and retail partners with marketing collateral and campaigns is a strong plus. Comfortable working with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager and marketplace seller dashboards. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends and turn insights into actions rather than simply reporting numbers. Experience in health tech, wearables, consumer electronics or FMCG ecommerce is a plus. Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with product claims and regulatory-sensitive content. A self-starter who can manage multiple channels and priorities independently in a fast-moving team.
