About the Position: We are seeking a Senior Corporate Travel Consultant to provide after-hours emergency support for corporate clients across flights, accommodation, and ground transportation. This is a senior-level position requiring deep GDS expertise and a strong track record at established TMCs. The ideal candidate operates independently, makes confident decisions under pressure, and delivers an exceptional client experience at all hours. Requirements Proficiency in Amadeus is a MUST Excellent English communication skills: verbal, written, and reading is a MUST Previous experience as a Business/Corporate Travel Support Specialist or similar role is a MUST 5+ years at a recognized TMC (e.g., FCM Travel, BCD, CWT, Amex GBT, or equivalent) is a MUST Experience with Sabre or other booking software is an ADVANTAGE Served corporate accounts with complex travel policies, approval workflows, and preferred vendor programs Familiarity with corporate client-specific tools: online booking tools (OBTs), corporate profiles, and negotiated agreements Handled VIP and executive-level travelers, managing simultaneous disruptions across multiple clients Performed voluntary and involuntary exchanges, upgrades, penalty calculations, and refund processing Managed disrupted travel scenarios: cancellations, overbooking, missed connections, and force majeure rebooking Familiar with international routing, alliance carriers, interline agreements, and entry/visa considerations Responsibilities: Provide real-time emergency support: reissue tickets, rebook flights, arrange hotels and car rentals under time pressure Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and suppliers to source and implement solutions on behalf of the client Apply fare rules and corporate travel policies when making booking decisions Maintain continuous client communication from first contact through full resolution Document all cases accurately for daytime team handover Working Hours: Graveyard Schedule (Shifting) Benefits Fully remote, long-term opportunity Work directly with International teams Full-time schedule Clear processes and structured work
