Join Episode Six today.    What role we’re hiring for:      We are a growing fintech organization looking to add a  Client Implementation Engineer  based out of Buenos Aires, Argentina!   You’ll act as the technical bridge between the company and clients, ensuring successful implementation of fintech solutions and maximizing customer value.   What you’ll be responsible for in this role:   Client-facing implementation work  across 3 phases:   Pre-implementation (planning, setup)   Implementation (deployment, integration)   Post-implementation (support, optimization)   Collaborate with internal engineering teams and external clients   Help improve  platform, tooling, and reusable components   Serve as a  subject matter expert  and mentor others   Identify  process improvements and automation opportunities   What experiences and skills are necessary to be successful in this role:   3–5 years  in implementation or client-facing technical roles   3+ years in financial services (fintech, banking, payments, etc.)   Strong experience with:   Java-based systems (implementation/support)   SQL & NoSQL databases   CI/CD pipelines & Git   Linux/Unix command line   REST APIs (Postman or similar)   Secure file handling (SFTP, PGP)   Ability to improve processes and automate workflows   Desirable    Payments, card systems, or banking integrations   AWS, Kubernetes, observability tools   Agile tools like Jira & Confluence   Knowledge & Skills      Strong communication (technical + non-technical)   Problem-solving mindset   Organization and self-management   Customer-focused attitude   Ability to challenge and propose solutions confidently   Balances  technical depth + client communication   Can  own implementations end-to-end   Thinks beyond tasks → improves systems and processes   Builds trust with both clients and internal teams   What makes a successful E6er?    We appreciate the unique backgrounds, skill sets, experiences, and contributions each E6er brings.
