Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Location: Texas Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year + full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary: We’re hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide structured, evidence-based therapy through a fully remote platform. In this role, you’ll work directly with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Your day-to-day work will involve assessing client needs, building treatment plans, and guiding clients through measurable progress—all within a consistent weekday schedule. Responsibilities: Conduct virtual therapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms Perform initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards Requirements Active LPC license in Texas Master’s degree in Counseling or related field Experience providing individual therapy (telehealth experience preferred) Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills Reliable internet connection and private workspace Benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Apply now and take the next step in your career.
