The PM is the main contact with the client as well and needs to be able to communicate properly and translate business needs into the technical team .   What   you’ll   do   Serve as the primary point of contact for daily project updates, timeline tracking, and status reporting across the team .   Plan and update existing project timelines, proactively flagging  risks  and reprioritizing tasks as deadlines shift .   Manage multiple projects and clients in parallel, balancing competing priorities without losing sight of overall delivery goals .   Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary, multicultural project teams, including internal and external stakeholders .   Communicate fluently and professionally in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, adapting communication style to different stakeholders and team leads .   Anticipate downstream impacts of changes, connect the dots across workstreams, and proactively surface risks before they become issues.   Negotiate timelines, scope, and priorities with stakeholders and agency partners as needed .   Assure an assertive and  timely  communication with the clients .   Understand requirements and forecast team resources and assignments accordingly.   What makes you a great fit   🎯   Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science , Engineering, or   a related   field.   Senior-level Project Management experience, ideally within digital/marketing environments .   Proven experience managing multiple projects and/or clients simultaneously .   Experience leading multidisciplinary and multicultural teams .   Experience working with digital teams and familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud Products .   Experience creating and maintaining project timelines in fast-moving environments .   Full professional fluency in Portuguese and Spanish or English (written and verbal) .   Global Impact, Local Culture   🌍   For over 25 years,   we’ve   been shaping digital transformation, delivering complex solutions for global enterprises and public sector organizations.
