Work Setup: Onsite (BGC, Taguig) Work Schedule: Day Shift Start Date: August 24-31, 2026 Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a Business, HR, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline preferred. At least 24 months as HR Associate Strong communication, analytical, customer service, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant HR/payroll systems where applicable. Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City Can start ASAP Key Responsibilities: Review and validate attendance transactions for accuracy and compliance. Handle complex attendance and leave-related inquiries and escalations. Perform root cause analysis on attendance discrepancies. Conduct quality reviews and recommend process improvements. Prepare attendance dashboards and management reports. Support policy interpretation and employee communication. Train and mentor team members on attendance processes. Monitor SLA adherence and productivity targets.
